With the Federal Law Gazette Part II from 21/12/2011, the 436th regulation of the Minister of Transport, Innovation and Technology on the fixing of toll rates (Toll Tariff Ordinance 2011) comes into effect.

For the first time, a new tariff group for EURO VI vehicles was introduced. At the same time, vehicles of categories EEV, V and IV are classified in higher priced tariffs

In addition to the valorisation (capital preservation) according to § 9 sec. 1 BStMG, an additional toll charge of 10% was introduced on the route of the A12 between the state border at Kufstein and intersection Innsbruck / Amras (A 13).

Practically, due to the depreciation of the majority of modern vehicles of the categories EEV, V and IV and the non-availability of Euro VI vehicles, this results in a total increase in toll charges of 5.36%.

Therefore, it is imperative to charge these increased costs to our clients as of 1/1/2012.
