Toll charge modifications 2010
The Czech government has changed the road tolls on motorways and and extended net of primary roads according to law 13/1997 Slg. Art I § 22 as from 01.01.2010.• By 01/01/2010 road tolls also aply to trucks with a maximum registered weight higher than 3.5to. In case that the vehicle is equipped with a vignette valid in January 2010, the road toll is charged only from Frebruary onwards.
• Additionally, the existing tariffs will be changed as of 01/02/2010: The tolls are increased by 25 to 50% (according to the class of vehicle) between Friday 15:00 hrs and 21:00 hrs and slightly decreased (2%) at other times.
• furthermore the chargable net of roads has been increased.

The Czech Forwarders Association (SSL ČR) has undrtaken new calculations based on these changes. This calculation represents a non binding recommendation that GW will adopt. The principle of calculation remains the same as in 2007. The distance tables remain unchanged. Please find below the new tables.
