HVF – Distance-Related Heavy Vehicle Fee
New LSVA regulationsAs announced on December 14th 2009, the Swiss federal administartive court has cancelled an increase in the LSVA. After this decision, the „Oberzolldirection” (OZD) responsible for the charging of LSVA has reduced the charges. The swiss supreme court now overruled the administrative court on April 19th 2010 after an appeal of the costoms administration concerning the increase of LSVA 2008.
The OZD will charge the LSVA in ist original height as of May 4th 2010. Consequently the original charges as of January 1st 2009 will apply again.
